His consulting portfolio includes assignments commissioned by the World Bank, International Finance Corporation, International Fund for Agricultural Development, United States Agency for International Development, Danish International Development Agency, Korea International Cooperation Agency, Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, Global Affairs Canada, the European Union, Netherlands Development Corporations and the Government of Ghana, among others.
He has further advised and collaborated with globally respected organizations including Plan International, ActionAid, Christian Aid, TechnoServe, UNICEF, and BUSAC Fund, General Electric, British America Tobacco contributing to initiatives that strengthen institutions, enhance development outcomes, and accelerate sustainable economic advancement.
Winfred holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the Graduate Business School at University of Gothenburg, Sweden, and a BSc in Administration (Accounting Option) from the University of Ghana.
